Editor’s note: We love seeing all the amazing things people create using DiamondCore® Tools. Your work inspires us — and we think it’ll inspire others, too! That’s why we started this blog series called Core Creators. We highlight stunning ceramic projects and designs created using our pottery tools that caught our eye on social media and beyond. If you’d like us to feature your work, comment below or follow and tag @diamondcoretools on Instagram and Facebook

October is bringing cooler weather and more time in the pottery studio. We’re in awe of what we’ve seen artists creating this month and had to share some of the amazing ceramic projects we’ve seen throughout October.

We love hearing the stories behind artists and their work. Doc (@pottery.by.doc), we love that you took matters into your own hands and created these amazing bonsai pots. They turned out so smooth with the help of our DiamondCore® Trimming Tools. We hope we get to see what they look like when the trees are potted.

Our Flexible Diamond Sanding Pads are excellent for smoothing those rough imperfections on your ceramic bottoms. Trine (@keo.ceramics) provides some great tips and tricks for smoothing your next ceramic project. Thanks for the shoutout, Trine!

Jee (@seoulsisterstudio), these dinner plates are beautiful. We love the textured designs. Keep up the great work!

There’s nothing like a warm mug of apple cider during the fall season, and these mugs are giving us all the fall vibes. We’re in awe of the natural glaze and crisp carvings on this mug created by Caylee (@kropottery).

The little details are so important. We love the unique colors and lines on this stunning project. Alex (@alex.olson.arts), we’re glad to hear our DiamondCore® Sanding Tools could help you refine each edge.

Leaving the painted parts of this mug unglazed looks fantastic! Grace and Brian (@daisyo,studio), we love this just as much as you do. We’re ready for all the fall drinks in this mug!

Our team enjoyed seeing how Margot (@margotspottery) used the FP2 Fine Point Arrow Carving Tool to perfect this vase. Look at those crisp, clean lines.

Whether it’s a vase, Capri Sun, or anything else your mind can think of, we’re obsessed with what Erika (@the.kind.earth.witch) has created. Our P1 Curved V Tip Carving Tool allowed her to create the crisp lines on this project.

Diana (@sample.haus) has a ceramic pumpkin trimmed and ready just in time for fall. Our team is happy to see our trimming tools could be used to create the lines and clean up the edges of this festive pumpkin.

These hollow bud vases are a great way to preserve the beautiful flowers from the summer. We love the color and whimsy it brings to the winter season. Thanks to @hillstudioceramics for sharing this gorgeous piece with our team!

Mushroom ornaments are one of our new favorite things. We loved seeing this process from start to finish, Hana (@hana.ceramics). It looks like our L1 Diamond Sgraffito Stylus Tool helped to make the carving process easy! We can’t wait to see these hanging from Christmas trees this holiday season.

I hope you keep this feature showing the work others have made with DiamondCore Tools. The pieces were all interesting to see and gave me some ideas of how I might put my own growing collection of these lovely tools to use in ways I hadn’t thought of. More reasons to keep adding to my growing group of them.
