October is bringing cooler weather and more time in the pottery studio. We’re in awe of what we’ve seen artists creating this month and had to share some of the amazing ceramic projects we’ve seen throughout October.
We love hearing the stories behind artists and their work. Doc (@pottery.by.doc), we love that you took matters into your own hands and created these amazing bonsai pots. They turned out so smooth with the help of our DiamondCore® Trimming Tools. We hope we get to see what they look like when the trees are potted.
Our Flexible Diamond Sanding Pads are excellent for smoothing those rough imperfections on your ceramic bottoms. Trine (@keo.ceramics) provides some great tips and tricks for smoothing your next ceramic project. Thanks for the shoutout, Trine!

There’s nothing like a warm mug of apple cider during the fall season, and these mugs are giving us all the fall vibes. We’re in awe of the natural glaze and crisp carvings on this mug created by Caylee (@kropottery).

Our team enjoyed seeing how Margot (@margotspottery) used the FP2 Fine Point Arrow Carving Tool to perfect this vase. Look at those crisp, clean lines.
Whether it’s a vase, Capri Sun, or anything else your mind can think of, we’re obsessed with what Erika (@the.kind.earth.witch) has created. Our P1 Curved V Tip Carving Tool allowed her to create the crisp lines on this project.
Diana (@sample.haus) has a ceramic pumpkin trimmed and ready just in time for fall. Our team is happy to see our trimming tools could be used to create the lines and clean up the edges of this festive pumpkin.
These hollow bud vases are a great way to preserve the beautiful flowers from the summer. We love the color and whimsy it brings to the winter season. Thanks to @hillstudioceramics for sharing this gorgeous piece with our team!
Mushroom ornaments are one of our new favorite things. We loved seeing this process from start to finish, Hana (@hana.ceramics). It looks like our L1 Diamond Sgraffito Stylus Tool helped to make the carving process easy! We can’t wait to see these hanging from Christmas trees this holiday season.
