The D15/D16 Round End Taper Rotary Tools are the go-to choice for artists and craftspeople looking to tackle various clay, tile, stone, and glass projects. Their diamond grit can help grind glaze drips or easily shape bisque spots. Each grit is sold separately.

DESCRIPTION:

  • Solid diamond grinding rotary tool burrs made of solid diamond grit and metal down to the shaft
  • 7 mm x 15 mm length round end taper shape
  • D15 100 grit medium for grinding
  • D16 170 grit fine for smoothing 

USES:

  • Grinding glaze drips, bisque, or high-fired ceramic
  • Also works on tile, stone, or glass
  • Removing sharp edges, smooth chipped edges
  • Shaping bisque and glaze ware spots
  • Removing kiln shelf debris

BENEFITS:

  • A rapid removal of unwanted material
  • Long lifespan if used properly
  • Dust is controlled with water use
  • Shaft size: 3 mm dia. (1/8")

Note: For longevity, use water, high speed, and gentle pressure. Overheating the tool will greatly decrease tool lifespan and change the tool shape.
