They take off so much material, that I was afraid I’d cut through, but I love them! I threw my pots a little thicker, but when I did cut through, it was easy to reattach and cut again. Great precision tools. Can’t wait to get the fourth one I ordered.

Super glad to hear you are liking the fluting tools! These tools are really durable and you can apply plenty of pressure without bending the blade or bottoming out while carving. For those who may not know about these tools or are trying to figure out what the blade shape does, navigate to the resource tab on the top navigation of the website and select product videos to see all the different groove shapes that can be made.

I love how these work on clay to make some texture on my pots. I need more practice and more demo videos would be great. Thx!

I ordered the set of 3 fluting tools, have only been in the studio 1X (traveling), so not much testing yet. I did do a little 'practice run' recently...absolutely awesome results, and can't wait to do more. And more. And MORE!
