Editor’s note: We love seeing all the amazing things people create using DiamondCore® Tools. Your work inspires us — and we think it’ll inspire others, too! That’s why we started this blog series called Core Creators. We highlight stunning ceramic projects and designs created using our pottery tools that caught our eye on social media and beyond. If you’d like us to feature your work, comment below or follow and tag @diamondcoretools on Instagram and Facebook!

’Tis the season for creating! Throughout December, we saw artists creating wonderful ornaments and other holiday or winter-inspired pottery for gifts and craft sales. We also saw potters using our tools to create some really amazing textures and eye-catching designs.

As always, we love seeing all the merry and joyful works of art you create with our DiamondCore tools. Here are a few pottery and ceramic creations that made us feel extra jolly this month.

Check out the details in these amazing snowflakes from Zello Premium Pottery (@zellopremiumpottery). They’re perfect for the holiday season! We love seeing all the different designs and patterns you made with various DiamondCore carving tools!

More coffee, please! The unique design and shades of green on these mugs really caught our eye. There’s nothing better than a warm drink on a cold winter day. Cheers, Julie (@julesvtpottery)!

How cute are these Christmas ornaments that Rebekah and Sophie (@simoncaffynstudio) created?! They add such a festive, homey feel to your holiday decor. We’re sure they were a big hit at the makers market!

Wow! This piece is truly spectacular. Trying a new carving style definitely paid off for you, Audra (@14udra). Well done! We expect large sculptural and statement pieces like these to be a big pottery trend in 2025 and beyond!

Any skiers in the house? We’re always amazed by the level of detail and bright colors in Beth’s (@bethhardenceramics) work. This mug is perfect for some cocoa or cider after a long day on the slopes.

Thanks so much to Tatyana and Michial (@wattle.and.daub) for the kind words and for featuring our FP2 Fine Point Arrow Carving Tool! We can see how the extra sharp blades really make a difference in this level of detail work. Those flowers are gorgeous! We can’t wait to see what else you create in the new year.

This spectacular plate came to life with our P1 Curved V Tip Carving Tool, L1 Diamond Sgraffito Stylus Tool, and our P18 Straight U Tip 6 mm Carving Tool. The contrast and attention to detail in the flower makes this plate a standout for any meal or gathering. We’re in love! Thanks for sharing, Angelique (@angeliquemceramics).

Simple yet absolutely stunning! Made with our P11 Curved Wide V Tip 12 mm Carving Tool, this trio of vases captures attention. Big kudos, Meenah (@myk_ceramics)!

We’re all about festive and unique Christmas ornaments! The crisp lines and beautiful color choices make these ornaments from VMM Ceramics (@vmm.ceramics) stand out. We love them all so much we couldn’t possibly pick a favorite!

This project turned out great! Thanks for sharing your process of how you created this stunning texture using our P10 Curved Wide U Tip 12 mm Carving Tool, Amber (@aduh_ceramics). We love seeing how it cuts through the clay like butter!

There’s so much to come in 2025. We can’t wait to continue on this artistic journey with all of you! Happy holidays from all of us at DiamondCore Tools!
