P8V Curved V Tip Palm Carver

Our P8V Curved V Tip Palm Carver is a petite pottery carving tool that features the same blade as our popular P1 carver. It is designed for easy maneuverability and for creating clean, V-shaped grooves.  

DESCRIPTION: 

• 6 mm-diameter V Tip Curved stainless steel blade
• 85 mm (3.3-inch) foam grip-covered pencil handle
• Can carve bone dry or leather-hard clay
• Blades are stainless steel and never need sharpening
• Can carve bone dry or leather-hard clay
• Adjustable blade angle
• Spare blade sets are available
• Wood grain may vary

USES/BENEFITS:

• Carving deep or shallow
• Carving clay (in the “beak down” position)
• Sgraffito (in the “beak up” position)
• Mishima, sculpting, scraping, and more
• Stainless-steel blade never dulls and leaves little to no burrs or debris
• Carve faster and deeper while the blade resists breaking and rusting
• Sharp blade increases efficiency and reduces fatigue
