The Diamondcore files are great. Just the right size to get tricky spots.

I had gotten this set as part of the ClayShare Combo of August 2023. These are a nice size to throw into a vending tool bag of you sell pottery at Craft Shows. But they proved their real “value” during this past weekend’s 2-day on-site travel show. As I was unpacking inventory, 6 of my best pieces were smashed and broken— of those, 2 were salvageable and even sold (full disclosure of course!) thanks to these tools!! I was able to sand the broken edge smooth on-site with just this and a cup of water in only a few min! The end product was smooth and still looked great! Total life saver! I may need a second set!

Easy to use

I love all the Diamond sanding pads that I've bought in the last couple of years, but there are just some nooks and crannies I couldn't get to with the regular-sized pads (like the joints of mug handles, small carved areas, and pitcher/teapot spouts), so I jumped at the chance to purchase the Diamond sanding file set...and these little tools are just what I needed for small, hard to reach spaces that need smoothing. I even got a set for a friend! So far, I've "finished" off the attachments of eight mugs and spouts of two pitchers to where they'll be optimal for customers to handle. The only thing more I'd want is for perhaps sanding pads on a rounded surface instead of the squared edges these files have.
