These tools stay sharp! I use them in my pottery hobby, carving cleanly and evenly. They won’t snag or distort your lines as you carve. Clean up is easy. Tools are comfortable in the hand. Highly recommend all Diamond Core tools!

By far my favorite tool. I use it for all carving on my flowers. It ensures perfectly shaped groove. I've gone through many blades and keep on getting replacement (groggy clay will wear them down).

Carving with this blade feels like biting into a fresh baked dessert. I was excited to try this and create some of my art that is usually two dimensional with ink and watercolor into clay. It was as beautiful and satisfying as I had hoped. I love the wooden handle, it is so smooth and sturdy and I know it will hold up through all the mess and washes. The pointed end is perfect for signing my work and sketching out the designs freehand.

I absolutely love this tool for carving! I am currently working on a tree sculpture and this tool has made carving a game changer! Clean ribbons of clay, flip the tool to pull out any clay boogers/burs (not that it happens often). I have carved plenty on my hand thrown pieces too. Love that it came with a spare tip, it's wicked sharp and I love using it!

Really digging the PF1! I'm switching over to this for all of my fine, detailed carving from a former favorite, the Kemper WS. I'm getting great lines out of this tool, it's comfy and pleasant to use, no burs, and seems long lasting. Carves well even on drier clay. I love that the head is adjustable for carving on curves. So far so good!
