WARRANTY POLICY

DiamondCore® Tool offers a 90 day warranty on all products to be free of manufacturing defects.

The customer is responsible to return defective parts to DiamondCore® within the warranty period at the customers expense.  If the defect is determined to be a manufacturing defect DiamondCore® will pay for replacement parts to be sent to the customer at DiamondCore®'s expense.

Parts which are damaged due to inadequate packaging by the customer or are due to misuse or improper care by the customer will need to be replaced and shipped at the customers expense.

Customers should refuse delivery of packages that a shipping company has damaged in transit. Upon acceptance of a package, customers have 90 days to inspect orders for accuracy/damage to be eligible for replacement, credit or refund. (Replacements for orders shipped to a domestic address will be sent to the same address or another domestic address; replacements for domestic orders will not be shipped to an international address.)
