One of the pads (orange, finest grit) came without grit. I emailed the company explaining this and have received no response. It’s been at least a week.

Wow, this company just blew me away! I submitted an honest review of this product which unfortunately became bent at 90* on my first attempt at using it. I was bummed out, but what can you do? Within minutes the company reached out, graciously acknowledged my misfortune with their product (use only in the forward setting in your Rotoflex!), and are now sending me a replacement shaft.
I am not used to companies standing by their products AND respecting their customers, and truly wanting their products to serve us well. I am now, hands down, a Diamondcore loyalist. 😂

I use this to polish crystals. It is very effective on softer material. Hardness 6 or below on the Moh's scale.

Recently had some items come out of the bisque with bad scumming on the black clay. Didnt known what I was going to do, then I found and ordered the mini circular diamond pads for a dremel. I was shocked at how well and fast it removed the scum. Totally worth it! I would have been hand sanding for hours what they removed in minutes! Excellent product! Thank you!!
