Semi Flex Diamond Sanding Pads 

Our Semi Flex Diamond Sanding Pads are semi-flexible and foam-backed. They come in different grits for you to properly sand your ceramic piece, 60 grit (coarse) for rough heavy clay or glaze, 120 grit (medium) for general purpose, and 240 grit (fine) for smoothing. 

Uses

  • Smooth off high-fired clay, glaze, bisqueware
  • Also works on tile, stone or glass
  • Diamond grit work faster than sandpaper
  • Removing a sharp chipped edge
  • Fewer strokes and less force are required
  • Smoothing the foot, sides or rim of a ceramic piece

Flexible Diamond Sanding Pads, Rounded Corners

Our Diamond Sanding Pads have been an artist favorite for quite awhile! They come in 60 grit (coarse) for rough heavy clay or glaze, 120 grit (medium) general purpose, 200 grit (fine) for smoothing, 400 grit (extra fine) for smoothing, 800 grit (ultra fine) for polishing, and 1500 grit (ultra fine) for further polishing.

  • Smooth off high-fired clay, glaze, bisque, tile, stone or glass
  • Diamond grit work faster than sandpaper

Flexible Diamond Sanding Pads, Square Corners 

These Flexible Diamond Sanding Pads with Square Corners are similar to the Rounded Corner Diamond Pads mentioned above. They are able to smooth your ceramic piece creating a beautiful finish. Available in 60 grit (coarse) for rough heavy clay or glaze, 120 grit (medium) general purpose, 200 grit (fine) for smoothing, 400 grit (extra fine) for smoothing, 800 grit (ultra fine) for polishing, and 1500 grit (ultra fine) for further polishing.

Diamond Grit Sandpaper

Diamond Grit Sandpaper sounds pretty magical when it comes to finishing your ceramic art. it’s available in different sizes for you to choose from, 2.5” x 4” and 8.5” x 11”. Along with other grit sizes as well, 120, 200, 400, and 800.

Uses

  • Great for smoothing intricate details or tight crevices. 
  • Works on bone dry, bisque, high-fired clay or glaze, glass, tile, stone
  • Perfect for sanding contoured areas
  • Removing a sharp edge on a handle, rim or foot.
  • Much easier for smoothing rounded areas

Flexible Diamond Sanding Strips 

These ¾” x 7” Diamond Grit Sanding Strips are semi-flexible with a woven fiberglass backing. Different grit sizes are available for you, 60, 120, 240, 400, and 800. 

Uses

  • Great for smoothing glaze drips or sharp edges
  • Works well on high-fired ceramic. tile, stone or glass
  • Good for smoothing of bisque-ware

Diamond Sanding Block 

The Diamond Grit Sanding Block is a solid foam-backed pad with diamond grit. The seven different grits available for you are 60  grit (coarse) for rough heavy clay or glaze, 120 grit (medium) general purpose, 240 grit (fine) for smoothing, 400 grit smoothing, 800 grit smoothing, 1500 grit polishing, and 3500 grit polishing. 

Uses

  • Smooth off high-fired clay, glaze, bisque, tile, stone or glass
  • Smoothing the foot or the sides and rim of a ceramic piece
  • Smooths foot to prevent scratching a table

Velcro-Backed Diamond Grit Removable Flexible Sanding Pads

These Diamond Sanding Pads are velcro-backed and highly flexible. Plus, they can be used on or off the Velcro Sanding Block! These Flexible Sanding Pads are available in 60 grit (coarse) for rough heavy clay or glaze, 120 grit (medium) general purpose, 240 grit (fine) for smoothing, 400 grit smoothing, 800 grit smoothing, 1800 grit polishing, and 3500 grit polishing. 

Uses

  • Use with the block for a rigid sanding surface
    • Or use without the block for a flexible sanding option
  • Smooth high-fired clay, glaze, bisque, tile, stone or glass
  • Smoothing the foot or the sides and rim of a ceramic piece
  • Smooths foot to prevent scratching a table 
  • Prevents foot from snagging a tablecloth
  • Smooth a cup rim without damaging the glaze (3500 grit)
